Are you looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to gain some tools to help you through your journey with anxiety or depression? Come join us! Conversation is gently guided by Facilitators that walk that same path, sharing the strategies that we have found the most useful along the way.

We’re excited to have you join us as we share the struggles, strengths and strategies to live a successful life with ADHD! Whether you’re an old hand to this or new to the world of neurodiversity, we offer a compassionate ear and a safe space to share in mutual support.

ART & CRAFT SOCIAL GROUP
A quiet social space for our creatives. You can BYO materials, find a new project in our donated craft supplies, or just join us for a cuppa, a chat and some mindful colouring.
WEDNESDAY

MENS
SUPPORT GROUP
A safe and supportive space for men to connect, share and gain tools, strategies and mutual support for issues that particularly impact men’s wellbeing.
